Karla Coggan 

Karla is a placemaker, creative producer and project manager, with a background in both the arts, events, and the property industry. She has worked as a freelancer, as well as with organisations such as Place Management NSW to oversee the delivery of events and activations in The Rocks and Darling Harbour; Performance Space on a number of independent arts programs including Micro Parks; Sculpture by the Sea's annual sculpture exhibition in Bondi; Urban Taskforce and Property Council of Australia, coordinating events with key property developers and industry players. 

Skilled at connecting communities and businesses through arts and culture to develop projects that inspire connection, exchange and delight, Karla is specifically interested in developing place projects in regional areas that expose stories, and contribute to a sense of place. 

Marta Francisco

Marta is a place manager with experience in place design, business development, and stakeholder management for both the private and public sectores. Having successfully delivered a creative empty spaces initiative in Sydney - The Rocks Pop Up, she has also collaborated with Archikidz on projects such as PLAY[ground], and has previously work as landscape architect in Lisbon at Ceregeiro.
